All saunas are palletised and delivered to the closest practical point on your property (usually driveway or kerbside)
Two options for getting set up
We offer two delivery methods depending on how hands-on you’d like to be.
1. Self-build delivery (standard)
Your sauna will arrive flat-packed, palletised and ready to assemble. It’s designed to go together easily - similar in complexity to a garden shed.

Includes a step-by-step self-build manual

Delivered curbside (as close to your home as possible)

You’ll need to move the parts to your desired location and assemble it yourself

Basic tools and two people are recommended
This is a great option if you’re confident with DIY and want full control over the build.
2. Door-to-garden installation (optional upgrade)

Our experienced team will carry and fully assemble your sauna in your garden

Includes constructing the cabin, fitting benches, glazing, doors and heater

We’ll be in touch after delivery to schedule a time that suits you

We work efficiently and respectfully - no mess left behind
This service focuses solely on sauna assembly. We don’t carry out electrical work or groundwork.
What you’ll need to prepare
Whether you're building it yourself or using our team, there are a few things to have ready:

A flat, solid base where the sauna will sit (e.g. concrete, patio, decking)

Clear access from the drop-off point to the garden

A standard 13amp plug socket nearby

For higher-power units, ensure the correct supply is installed beforehand - check your product manual for details
We recommend speaking to a qualified electrician before installation if you’re unsure about power requirements.
Delivery coverage & remote locations
Standard delivery is included for most addresses in mainland UK.
If you live in a remote area (such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, or Channel Islands), we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional carriage charges.
FAQs
Will I be contacted before delivery?
Yes. We’ll confirm your delivery window around week 3 and keep you updated throughout.
What if I’m not home when it arrives?
Please let us know as soon as possible. Someone will need to be available to accept the delivery or provide access if installation is booked.
Do I need special tools for self-build?
A drill, screwdriver and a second pair of hands are usually all that’s needed. Full instructions are included.
